The Urban EcoBlock provides an equitable, ecological framework for rebuilding our inner cities at the block level, where efficiency and economies of scale reduce costs while providing a catalyst for community revitalization. Utilizing a Form-Based Code and Community Land Trusts, our goal is to create a mixed-use block for mixed-income residents that creates a new paradigm for urban living.
