Dan is principal and co-founder of Hellmuth+Bicknese Architects, with 35+ years of experience in sustainable design, government, housing, educational, historic preservation, transit and planning projects and has worked on over 35 LEED projects; he has 2 certified Living Building Projects, one of which was tied as the first certified project in the world.

Craig is a cultural and applied anthropologist focused on justice and resilient community development. He co-founded Faith for Justice, is a scholar of African American Pentecostalism and has been a pastor, teacher, and an urban studies director in Chicago.

Rosalind Williams

Director of Urban Planning

Rosalind is an urban planner with 40 years of experience creating healthy, sustainable, and equitable communities. She initiated Missouri’s PACE legislation, managed a major redevelopment project, created downtown form-based coding, and advocated a Social Compact Drilldown in North St. Louis County. She is president of WITH, an advocate for inclusionary housing policies.

Mary Ann is an architect and educator working on accelerating shifts in the design of the built environment to sustainable and resilient outcomes. Mary Ann has 40 years of architectural experience primarily at HOK, a global design firm where she served as global sustainable design director promoting the implementation of sustainable strategies. Mary Ann heads a sustainability consultancy and teaches as adjunct faculty at Washington University in St. Louis as well as serves as the Coordinator for the Sustainability Program at WU’s University College.

Steve brings 30+ years of experience in consulting, sales, marketing and information technologies, including nearly 10 years in the renewable energy industry.  Steve leverages these skills to promote energy efficiency, conservation and renewable energy to commercial and nonprofit organizations as key parts of a sustainable energy management strategy.

Bobby Bonner

Director of Community Revitalization

Bobby is a real estate developer with 40 years of experience in construction specializing in integrating technologies to create a sustainable eco-friendly environment. His focus is to promote the use and application of green building technologies in all residential, commercial, and mixed-use urban community revitalization developments.

Bobby is the CEO and Founder of BM3 Technology LLC, and his goal is to influence a change in attitudes and lifestyles towards a zero carbon energy-efficient smart city. His primary objective is to bring about community revitalization using socio-economic stimuli, academic expansion, technical skills training and employment.
